Biologiste & FounderPaul holds a PhD in Life Sciences. He began his scientific career working at the interface of ecology and endocrinology, where he developed a strong foundation in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific interpretation.
Over the years, he has applied his analytical expertise in genetics, ecotoxicology, and clinical research, consistently transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

Kim Schalcher, PhD
BiologisteKim earned his PhD in Life Sciences, where he developed a strong interest in understanding how organisms interact with their environment through movement.
His research focuses on movement ecology, exploring the behavioural adjustments animals make as they navigate changing landscapes and ecological conditions.
Using bio-loggers such as accelerometers, GPS, and pressure sensors, he studies movement patterns, habitat selection, and space-use strategies to reveal how animals optimize their behaviour.
